Life satisfaction for Victorians rebounded somewhat in October after a sharp drop lower than the rest of Australia in August when the COVID-19 second wave hit. Satisfaction for those in regional Victoria rebounded at the same rate as for those in Melbourne despite restrictions lifting earlier.

On a 1-10 scale, life satisfaction for Victorians lifted moderately from 6.08 in August to 6.31 in October 2020.
